Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs overhead.
• Must be able to stand and work for 6–10 hours.
• Must work in a fast-paced, high-intensity kitchen environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts.
• Must follow Chick-fil-A food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing produce, salads, and other menu components.
• Preparing chicken and other products for service.
• Producing and stocking food throughout the day based on business needs.
• Preparing catering and large-volume orders.
• Monitoring product levels and communicating when additional preparation is needed.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked prep area.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Working ahead of demand to ensure the kitchen is prepared for upcoming business.
• Completing opening and daytime kitchen tasks with accuracy and urgency.
• Cleaning and resetting prep areas throughout the shift.
• Helping the BOH team maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
