Job summary

Cook Unity is seeking a Kitchen Operations Supervisor to lead daily kitchen activities with a focus on safety, consistency, and accountability. You will maintain floor presence, enforce SOPs and GMPs, and support Culinary Operations Leads and chef teams during live service.

This hands-on role requires calm decision-making under pressure, strong organizational skills, and clear communication across shifts to ensure smooth production and high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in high-volume food production or commercial kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOP enforcement, and food safety compliance.
• Ability to monitor live operations and intervene when standards are not met.
• Experience documenting incidents, violations, and corrective actions.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Food Safety, Sanitation, and Operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during live service.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Nice to Have).
