Qualifications

• Previous experience as Kitchen Supervisor, Lead Cook or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, banquet support, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead stewarding and kitchen support operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare items for banquets/events and deliver to the appropriate location.
• Coordinate storage, handling and distribution of culinary and banquet equipment.
• Monitor sanitation and safety across kitchens, stewarding areas and event spaces.
• Assist with scheduling, training and development of stewarding and kitchen staff.
