DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate in Michigan to prepare meals to standard, keep the kitchen and warehouse organized, and support order fulfillment in a shared facility. You’ll join a fast-paced DashMart environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include meal prep per brand specs, ensuring quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and light tasks to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred or willingness to learn.
• Must maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site.
