Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals, keep the kitchen and warehouse organized, and support order fulfillment within a shared facility. You will work in a fast-paced environment with morning, day, evening, weekend, and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, quality checks, sanitation, storage organization, inventory support, and collaboration with DashMart staff to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery, or beverage operations, or willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Quality: Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards; ensure quality, accuracy, and presentation before handoff; follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code guidelines.
• Warehouse & Kitchen Organization: Maintain organized storage areas; follow cleanliness and sanitation standards; support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Facility Support: Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site; assist with light operational tasks; uphold a One Team mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers.
