DoorDash seeks a Kitchen Operations Associate for its DashMart Kitchens team in Detroit. You will prepare meals to standard, keep kitchens organized, and support order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.

Qualifications

You enjoy working with food and have a passion for culinary execution and quality while maintaining food safety.
You have experience in fast food or quick-service settings, grocery, or beverage operations or are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Meal Preparation & Quality: Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards; ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff; follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Warehouse & Kitchen Organization: Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas; uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards; rotate products using FIFO.
Facility Support: Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site; assist with light operational tasks; uphold a One Team mindset for positive experiences for staff and customers.
