Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate for DashMart Kitchens. You will prepare meals to standard, maintain kitchen and warehouse organization, and support order fulfillment in a shared facility.

You’ll work morning, day, evening, or overnight shifts with competitive pay and benefits. You can lift up to 50 lbs, complete a Food Handler’s Certification, and grow with paid time off, gym reimbursement, and DashPass benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• HSD/GED required and Food Handler’s Certification to be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas; support FIFO inventory practices.
• Follow cleanliness, sanitation, and dress code guidelines; assist with light operational tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive, cohesive site experience.
