Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to standard, keep the kitchen and warehouse organized, and support order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.

You will work in a fast-paced fulfillment setting, collaborating with DashMart partners to ensure food safety and quality while maintaining a clean, efficient site. Compensation reflects market rates for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery, or beverage operations.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Quality: Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Facility Support: Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site.
• Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success.
