Role Summary:
Work with the Director - Back of the House (BOH) + Financial Management to ensure excellence in BOH Operations and Financial Management. This role is a key leader in ensuring Chick-fil-A Sand Springs succeeds in:
- Financial stewardship through Food Cost, Labor Cost, and Repairs & Maintenance
- Annual & Quarterly Planning
- Back of House Staffing and Operations
- Leadership and People Development of the Back of House Team
- Vision and Service Model compliance
General Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth-oriented, hospitality-focused team culture emphasizing food safety, product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity. Incorporate this into training, communication, and daily culture.
- Maintain alignment with the Operator and the Director - Back of the House + Financial Management.
- Ensure stewardship systems are implemented throughout the restaurant.
- Create a center of excellence by developing, leading, and implementing systems for high performance and innovation.
- Support scheduling, shift changes, and coverage for call-offs and no-shows.
- Handle disciplinary actions and documentation for team members not meeting standards.
- Participate in hiring processes, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Ensure team leaders enforce discipline and adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and policies.
- Drive sales growth, creativity, and innovation within the team.
- Approve schedules and ensure proper coverage.
- Follow and coach adherence to Chick-fil-A standards and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or culinary arts
- Leadership experience in foodservice operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience

This is a full-time position requiring excellent time management, self-direction, and organizational skills. The candidate must master all roles within the restaurant.
