Dunwoody Village, a 5-star continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Newtown Square, PA, is seeking a full time Kitchen Operations Manager. This manager will be responsible for (but not limited to) hiring, scheduling, and supervision of all servers and utility staff, leads all staff in ensuring the sanitation tasks are completed before, during, and after each shift, and serve as a leader and mentor to all staff members in the department.
Dunwoody Village’s dining operation has been completely expanded and renovated to include two full kitchens, dish rooms, and dining rooms, all of which have state of the art equipment and furnishings for our residents, guests, and staff. The schedule for this position will normally be 11am-7pm but, as an exempt level management position, you will be asked to change your days and shift periodically if there are events or other departmental needs.
