Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team under the Store Manager. You’ll train Team Members, drive dinner and beverage prep, ensure food safety, and optimize inventory and 5S standards. You’ll collaborate to maintain exceptional guest experiences while modeling Casey’s CARES values and supporting store performance. This role includes bonus opportunities based on kitchen performance.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.

• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service; keep Store Manager informed.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
