City Barbeque seeks an Assistant General Manager/Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, forecast production, and ensure top-quality smoked meats and sides. You will supervise staff, manage ordering and production, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and collaboration with the Front of House to maintain consistent service and product quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and staff development.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP standards.
• Demonstrated ability to forecast demand and schedule staff accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead ordering, production planning and line accuracy for service.
• MaintainHealth Department and auditor standards at all times.
• Train new product rollouts and supervise food handling procedures.
• Monitor food quality scores and guest experience metrics.
