Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of sales figures and food costs.
• Familiar with sanitation standards (HACCP/ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Perform line checks with management on plating and temperature.
• Supervise food preparation and cooking activities.
• Train, motivate and mentor kitchen staff.
• Control food costs and manage inventory and ordering.
