Job summary

• 1+ years leading teams, including hiring, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Hands-on leader who motivates teams to perform and grow.
• Willing to work late nights and weekends; adaptable to startup-style environments.
• Creative problem solver, data-driven, proficient in Excel/Sheets.
