The Texan Stores in La Vernia, TX is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations at our store. You will recruit and manage a winning team, drive food sales, and ensure daily kitchen performance.

This role requires coordinating with vendors, completing audits, maintaining clean, well-stocked kitchen areas, and promoting in-kitchen sales across shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnight.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with health and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a kitchen/food service management position.
• The ability to manage time effectively and determine appropriate prioritization.
• Coach and lead team to excellence in food service operations.
• Complete daily paperwork and audits.
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well stocked.
• Promote sales traffic in the kitchen area.
• Liaise with vendors.
