The Texan Stores in Odessa, TX is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in leading our store kitchen operations in Monahans. Our stores offer fresh-made to order food and grab-and-go options.

You will train a team, drive food sales, ensure clean, well-stocked kitchens, and coordinate with vendors to keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is full-time with shifts covering morning, evening, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach a successful team of kitchen staff
• Drive food sales and ensure successful restaurant operations
• Complete daily paperwork and audits, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-stocked
• Promote sales traffic in the restaurant area and liaise with vendors
• Lead and coach the team to excellence in food service operations
