Job summary

The Texan Stores in La Vernia, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations. You will lead by example, coach staff, and help maintain exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities include training teammates, scheduling, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring cash handling and loss prevention procedures are followed. This is a full-time role with multiple shifts and benefits.

Qualifications
