Ole Piper is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our operation in Minnesota. You will manage kitchen operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and drive profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role involves hiring and training staff, scheduling, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for guests and crew alike. On-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full service casual dining.
• Experience with full service alcohol serving facility desirable.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect kitchen operations.
• Ensure guest service meets or exceeds expectations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including profit & loss and cash/security procedures.
• Operate the business in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and training; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Manage all shifts, including scheduling and planning while upholding standards.
• Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness.
• Meet the restaurant's P&L and expense goals.
• Maintain a warm, hospitable atmosphere while staying professional.
