Qualifications

• Ability to prep and manage orders throughout the day
• Interact with guests to showcase passion for foodservice and hospitality
• Adjust food items for allergies or diet needs
• Maintain a clean, organized station under busy conditions
• Operate kitchen appliances safely (blender, oven, grill, mixer)
• Estimate consumption and plan prep; follow prep lists
• Follow OSHA knife safety rules for minors where applicable

Responsibilities

• Prep and manage incoming orders during the day
• Interact with guests to convey our foodservice and hospitality focus
• Adjust dishes for allergies or dietary needs
• Coordinate with front-of-house to maintain proper service temperatures
• Operate kitchen appliances and prepare sauces or accompaniments
• Keep a clean, organized station even during peak times
• Assist with prep lists and daily portions
• Ensure minors use only OSHA-approved knives where allowed
