Job summary

Chick-fil-A Goldenwest & Warner is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor team members, and uphold food safety and quality standards. You will drive performance, manage inventory, and coordinate with Catering and Marketing to fulfill timely orders.

The role requires at least one year of restaurant leadership, full-time availability, and a willingness to work early/late shifts including weekends. Candidates with bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant leadership or its equivalent.
• Must have full-time availability and be flexible for early/late shifts and weekends.
• Must pass evaluations and Pathway training/tests.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen areas reporting to the Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure food safety policies, proper labeling, and audits are followed.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and training of team members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen; accurate ordering/receiving.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and participate in regular meetings.
• Support Catering and Marketing by coordinating stock levels and orders.
• Manage inventory counts and monitor the Positive Food Gap targets.
