Job summary

You will coach Team Leaders and Members, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, and uphold Lean production standards while maintaining strong relationships with staff.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on process improvement, and dedication to exceptional guest experiences under Chick-fil-A standards.

Qualifications

• Inventory management
• End-of-Month counts and input
• Maintaining accurate transfer logs
• Effective & efficient ordering
• LEAN production environment
• Coaching, evaluating, and accountability for kitchen staff
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities
• Preventative maintenance and cleaning on a set schedule
