Chick-fil-A Goldenwest & Warner in Huntington Beach is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor team members, and ensure food safety and quality. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and development of staff while maintaining health standards and timely catering and prep tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of restaurant leadership experience and is flexible to early/late shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year restaurant leadership or its equivalent.
• Must have a working knowledge of MS Office and computer systems in general.
• Bilingual - Highly preferred skill for the position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure food safety through proper hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Lead daily operations including waste reporting, order accuracy, and cooking to order.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and accurate inventory/stock levels.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and participate in regular manager/supervisor meetings.
