Responsibilities

• Check food storage and temperatures daily and log temperatures.
• Communicate and implement changes for food products and kitchen systems.
• Perform daily opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Attend training for new menu items and train kitchen staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
