Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a BOH Supervisor to lead kitchen teams with guidance from the Kitchen Manager. Ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction across shifts, while maintaining company standards and training staff on new menu items.

Responsibilities include coaching a BOH team, monitoring food freshness, enforcing storage temps, and implementing kitchen changes. Must have Food Safety certification, Spanish/English bilingual ability, and flexibility for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years as a shift lead or sous chef preferred.
• Food Safety, State Alcohol and ServSafe Manager certification required.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with peak times.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Manager or General Manager with direction, coaching, and leadership for BOH team members, including food prep and production, safety and sanitation, and company policies.
• Ensure freshness of food products through rotation and quality control.
• Check daily storage temps, log temperatures, and notify maintenance of issues.
• Communicate and implement changes for food products and kitchen systems.
• Perform daily opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Attend training for new menu items and train kitchen staff.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
