Job summary

Chick-fil-A Research Row in Rockville, MD is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen, drive daily operations, ensure crave-able, timely food, and uphold Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements.

You will coach and develop Team Leaders and Team Members, manage inventory and ordering, maintain LEAN production, ensure safety and cleanliness, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest service while adapting to shifting priorities.
