Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.

Our Kitchen Crew creates a variety of delicious dishes from our full restaurant and catering menus. Minimum of two years of restaurant experience

Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.

Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items

Training, developing, and scheduling team members
