Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following health standards and company processes.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inventory on food and beverage items.
• Training, developing and scheduling team members.
