Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Smyrna, TN is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen supporting our restaurant and catering menus.

You will oversee sanitation, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls, and mentor a team to uphold our standards. ServSafe certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS, inventory levels, ordering and scheduling within a budget.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for all kitchen sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s Kitchen processes.
• Keeping your team up to date on processes and current specials.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items.
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example.
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members.
