Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen in a fun, family-friendly environment. You will oversee BOH sanitation, food prep, inventory, and scheduling to ensure quality and efficiency across our restaurant and catering menus.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of restaurant leadership, familiarity with COGS and labor, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH sanitation and operations per health standards.
• Keep team updated on processes and daily specials.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly inventory of food and beverage items.
• Lead by example and support teammates.
• Train, develop, and schedule staff.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of two years ofrestaurantexperience

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company's BOH processes.
• Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members
