Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen across our full restaurant and catering menus.

This role requires at least two years of restaurant experience, plus management or hospitality background, COGS and labor skills, and ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain it). You will supervise BOH sanitation, train staff, and drive inventory integrity to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
• Keep the team up to date on processes & current specials.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items.
• Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example.
• Training, developing, and scheduling team members.
