As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality food, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You will also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
