As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness for our guests. You will also be a key member of the restaurant management team, overseeing overall operations including food quality, safety, production, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
