You will oversee kitchen operations, schedule weekly shifts, manage labor costs, maintain food safety standards, and coordinate weekly orders, inventories, and budgets.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of restaurant culinary management experience, be 21+, and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position.
• Minimum 21 years or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
• Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
• Maintain budgeted food cost.
• Write weekly kitchen schedules.
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.
• Deliver great food, prepared to company standards.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety standards.
