Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a related position with this company or others.
• Knowledge/Skills: Advanced knowledge of food profession principles; people and/or complex problems management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen production, preparation and presentation for restaurant(s) and room service.
• Oversee HR in production areas: hire, train, schedule, develop, coach, and review performance.
• Schedule and maintain sanitation of kitchen and equipment to meet standards and regulations.
• Monitor labor and food costs; produce reports to ensure budgets and quality targets are met.
• Promote safety programs to minimize liabilities and expenses.
