Delaware North Parks and Resorts at Holiday Inn Estes Park in Estes Park, Colorado, is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor. You will create weekly dining menus, supervise food prep to maintain quality and sanitation, and manage equipment and team performance in a fast-paced setting.

Evening shifts are primary; there is a focus on controlling food cost and maintaining standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a nationwide hospitality group and onsite housing options.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Evenings with flexibility to work other hours.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes.
• Supervise food prep maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is working efficiently and supervise team members.
• Actively maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
