Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes.
• Ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code.
• Lead shifts, train new hires, and set a positive tone.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control.
