Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the daily kitchen operations, mentor team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A's culture of service.
You will ensure fast, courteous guest service, food safety, and operational excellence while coordinating with senior leadership.
Strong people skills, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant are essential; prior leadership experience is a plus.
A Kitchen Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. They are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence. A Kitchen Manager’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Kitchen Managers lead by example first and set the tone that others will follow.
