Job summary

MAP Brewing seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen with hands-on oversight of daily operations, training staff, and maintaining high standards of food production and hygiene. You will work closely with the General Manager to hire, develop, and motivate a team while delivering creative, locally sourced dishes in our tasting room.

This role emphasizes safety, SOPs, menu development, and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Serve-Safe Manager Certified and Serve-Safe Food Handler certifications required.
• Kitchen management experience required; ability to lead a team of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen and ensure staffing aligns with daily needs.
• Develop 1–2 new menu items per year and oversee recipe documentation for all items.
• Train all staff on new menu items, safety SOPs, and performance expectations.
