Qualifications

• Ability to coach, train, and develop a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster a positive, values-driven culture.
• Oversee kitchen operations during shifts when the Kitchen Manager is absent.
• Develop team through coaching, skill-building, and career pathing.
• Manage inventory, ordering, invoices, and budgeting to control costs.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with FOH, events, and bar teams for seamless service.
• Document shift notes and communicate operational updates.
