Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Wolfe Street taproom kitchen, drive day-to-day operations, and elevate our back-of-house team. You will ensure consistent execution of recipes, maintain safety standards, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality plates in a fast-paced brewpub setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, system-building, and cross-department collaboration to create a standout guest experience at our Patriot Place location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and BOH systems.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Culinary degree is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent execution of menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Coach, develop, and manage back-of-house staff to maintain high performance.
• Build clear systems to keep busy services organized and calm.
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.
