Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Food & Beverage kitchen team on site in a hospitality setting. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, manage inventories, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld across all shifts.

The role requires 5+ years of culinary leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. A fast-paced environment with guest-focused service awaits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of culinary experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • You have experience delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of service.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and train kitchen staff in specific stations and cross-train as necessary.
  • Create schedules for kitchen staff to meet demand, especially lunch rush.
  • Maintain inventory levels and conduct weekly inventory.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance on kitchen appliances.
  • Respond to guest comments, complaints, and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and ensure adherence to brand standards.
