Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team in our store, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train Team Members, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and manage prepared foods and beverages to maximize productivity and profitability.

This role emphasizes 5S standards, inventory control, and collaboration with the store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience training and coaching kitchen team members.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen team members.
• Manage and influence prep foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
