Yokozuna Bentonville is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, ensuring superb guest experiences across all shifts.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, uphold food safety standards, monitor inventory, and drive cost-control while maintaining quality. This role requires flexibility and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within the McNellie’s Group concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Manager.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of back-of-house staff.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service standards.
• Financial Management: Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue.
