The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a knack for optimizing costs while maintaining food and beverage quality. Weekend/evening availability and local regs knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities
