Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Bluffton, SC seeks a Kitchen Manager to oversee high-volume operations, lead shifts, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage kitchen and dining room systems, ensure safety and sanitation, and monitor budgets to meet company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to forecast labor and costs while developing staff for ongoing advancement.

Qualifications

• High-volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and develop team members.
• Strong guest service focus with consistent dining experience.
• Ability to set financial goals and manage labor and costs.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of dining room and kitchen systems; run effective shifts.
• Direct, coach and train assistant managers and team members.
• Ensure consistency in systems, standards and cost controls.
• Forecast budgets and oversee BOH budgets including labor.
• Hire and retain staff; manage performance and guest experience.
• Communicate with guests, management, owners and vendors.
