Qualifications

• Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be able to attract, train, develop and retain Team Members.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required.
• Ability to define and measure financial goals for the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Run effective shifts and maintain all kitchen and dining room systems.
• Provide direction and training for assistant managers and team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and sufficient supply levels.
• Manage department inventory and assist in hiring processes.
