Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking an Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations and dining room systems. You will direct coaching and development for assistant managers and team members, ensuring food quality, safety, and company policies are followed.

Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls while driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in high-volume restaurant settings, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Three to five years of high-volume restaurant management experience preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required.
• Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and dining room systems and operate shifts effectively.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development for managers and team members on quality, standards, safety, and policies.
• Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards and cost controls; manage BOH budgets and forecasting.
• Communicate goals regularly to General Manager and Local Owner; supervise hiring and staffing levels.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring food quality, service standards and safe operations.
