Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding food safety and inventory controls.

This hands-on role oversees prepared foods and dispensed beverages, drives 5S standards, productivity and profitability, and supports the Store Manager in daily operations. Starting pay is $15.75–$18.10 hourly, with quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations with the Store Manager.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
