Job summary

Casey's is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train team members, ensure food safety, inventory control, and deliver an exceptional guest experience alongside the Store Manager. You’ll coach staff, maintain 5S standards, and drive productivity in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to maximize profitability.

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model and coach to Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
