Via 313 Pizzeria Lehi is seeking a Kitchen Manager who leads by example, builds strong teams, and delivers an exceptional guest experience through quality, consistency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-service kitchen leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House team members through coaching and development.
• Schedule cooks and manage labor to meet business demands.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and ordering.
• Ensure the kitchen is organized, clean, and efficient daily.
• Maintain recipe accuracy and ensure consistent quality.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation procedures.
